Overview
We partnered with Chulahh to build a complete brand identity that captures its essence. Traditional yet modern, and rooted in culture while tailored for today’s diverse audiences, the brand needed a visual and verbal identity that could grow with it. Our goal was to design a system that reflects the soul of Indian cooking while elevating Chulahh’s presence across digital, print, and in-person experiences. The scope included strategy, logo design, color palette, typography, imagery, illustration, AI prompting guides, and real-world applications.
The Challenge
Chulahh needed a cohesive brand identity that could balance cultural authenticity with contemporary appeal. The challenge was to create a system that felt deeply Indian in its roots while remaining fresh and welcoming for a wide audience, including younger generations and clients across the West Coast. The brand also needed to stand out from generic catering services, evoke emotional connection, and adapt seamlessly across digital and physical spaces. Consistency, memorability, and cultural relevance were essential.
The Outcome
The result is a rich, layered brand identity that feels both nostalgic and new. From a logo inspired by the traditional clay stove to a vibrant color palette and evocative patterns, every element tells a story of culture, care, and community. We developed a clear brand voice and visual system that allow Chulahh to communicate with warmth and purpose across all platforms. Through thoughtful design and strategic execution, Chulahh is now positioned as a trusted and distinctive name in Indian catering, offering not just meals but meaningful experiences.
